Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of exehub.xyz (the “Site”) and your purchase of digital FiveM script licenses (the “Products”) from [LEGAL_NAME] (“Exehub”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or buying a Product you agree to these Terms.

1. Our service

Exehub sells licenses to download and use scripts and resources for FiveM roleplay servers. Products are delivered digitally through your account dashboard. We do not ship physical goods.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country of residence.

3. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment processing, taxes (such as VAT or sales tax), invoicing and refunds. Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms apply to your purchase. We never see or store your full payment card details.

A license is issued to your account once Paddle confirms your payment. If a payment fails, is reversed or is refunded, the related license may be revoked.

4. License

When you buy a Product we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it, subject to these conditions:

  • One server. Each license may be used on a single FiveM server (one production installation). Separate development or test copies for that same server are allowed. Additional servers need additional licenses.
  • No resale or distribution. You may not sell, share, sub-license, lease, leak, upload or otherwise distribute the Product, its source code or your license key, in whole or in part, including in modified form and including through public repositories or file-sharing sites.
  • Modification. You may modify the Product for your own server. Modified versions remain subject to these Terms.
  • Notices. You may not remove copyright notices, license checks or credits included in the Product.
  • Ownership. We (or our licensors) retain all intellectual property rights. You receive a license, not ownership.

5. Updates and support

Purchases include access to updates of the purchased Product that we publish, and support through our official channels, for as long as we offer the Product. We do not guarantee that a Product will work with every server setup, framework version or third-party resource.

6. Refunds

Refunds are described in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the license conditions in section 4;
  • attempt to bypass license checks, or share your account or license key with others;
  • use the Site to break the law or to interfere with its security or operation;
  • use Products to build or run malicious software, or to harm players or other servers.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or revoke a license or account, without refund, if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms (for example by leaking or reselling a Product). You may stop using the Site and close your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Third-party platforms

Exehub is an independent marketplace. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re. “FiveM”, “Grand Theft Auto” and related names are trademarks of their respective owners. Changes to those platforms may affect how a Product works.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Products are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, loss of players or loss of profit. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for that Product. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law, or liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated Terms. Changes do not affect orders you already placed.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where [LEGAL_NAME] is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence says otherwise.
