Refund Policy

Exehub sells digital products that are delivered immediately, so refunds work differently from physical goods. This policy is part of our Terms of Service. Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which issues the refund to your original payment method.

1. 14-day refund for products you have not downloaded

If you have not downloaded the product, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. No reason is needed.

2. Products you have downloaded

Because a downloaded script cannot be returned, we do not refund products after download, except when:

• the product is materially different from its description;
• it has a defect that prevents normal use on a supported setup, and we could not fix it within a reasonable time after you contacted support; or
• the law in your country gives you a right to a refund.

Such requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Please contact support first — most problems can be solved with a configuration fix or an update.

3. How to request a refund

Email exehubsc@gmail.com from the address you used for your account, and include your order or Paddle transaction ID (it starts with txn_) and, if it applies, a short description of the problem. We usually answer within a few business days. Approved refunds are paid back to your original payment method by Paddle; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

4. What happens to your license

When an order is refunded, the related license is revoked and the download is no longer available. You must stop using the product and delete all copies.

5. Chargebacks and abuse

Please contact us before you open a dispute with your bank. Chargebacks and refund abuse (for example downloading and then requesting a refund repeatedly) may lead to license revocation and account suspension.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law. In some regions you have a right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days; for digital content this right may end once you start the download, if you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged this at checkout.
