Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how [LEGAL_NAME] (“Exehub”, “we”) handles personal data when you use exehub.xyz and buy digital FiveM script licenses. Please also read our Terms of Service.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address and a hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).
• Order data: the products you bought, order amount, currency, order status, coupon code and the Paddle transaction ID.
• License and download records: your license keys and a log of downloads (product, time and IP address), used to protect against license abuse.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and server logs needed to run and secure the Site, and a session cookie that keeps you signed in.
• Content you submit: product reviews and messages you send us.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates (“Paddle”), our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your payment details, billing information and email address directly, and acts as an independent controller for that data under its own Privacy Notice. We do not receive or store your full card number. Paddle shares with us the information we need to fulfil your order, such as your email address, the transaction ID and the payment status.

3. How we use data

• to create your account, deliver licenses and downloads, and provide support;
• to process orders and refunds together with Paddle;
• to send service emails, for example password resets and order-related messages;
• to prevent fraud, license sharing and abuse, and to keep the Site secure;
• to meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting rules.

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, our legal bases are performance of a contract (delivering your order), our legitimate interests (security and abuse prevention), compliance with legal obligations, and consent where we ask for it.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Paddle, to process payments, taxes and refunds;
• service providers that host the Site or send email on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations;
• authorities, when the law requires it.

5. Cookies

We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in and a small preference entry that remembers your cookie choice. Optional analytics are only enabled if you accept them in the cookie banner. Paddle may set its own cookies while its checkout is open.

6. Retention

We keep account data while your account is open. Order and license records are kept as long as needed to provide support and to meet tax and accounting obligations. Server logs are kept for a limited period. When data is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it.

7. International transfers

Our service providers and Paddle may process data in countries outside your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses are used.

8. Security

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, access controls and restricted file storage. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data protection authority. 10. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be announced on the Site.
